Buddha air plans to operate flights to India at two new
destinations from Nepal. In a recent post shared by Buddha Air on its official
Facebook page, they have aimed on operating to two new destinations in India. The
new flights also include New Delhi- the capital of India.
Buddha air is currently operating Kathmandu-Varanasi-Kathmandu
flights regularly which is known to all. As per the press release, the airline
aims to start Pokhara-Varanasi-Pokhara flights from January of 2023. A total of
three flights per week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) is said to be operated. On top
of that, Buddha air will be the first airlines to operate international flights
from Pokhara International Airport which is yet to be inaugurated.
Furthermore, if the airline gets permission then Buddha air will
be operating Pokhara-New Delhi-Pokhara and Pokhara-Dehradun-Pokhara two and
three flights per week respectively.
Henceforth, Buddha is likely to operate flights to New Delhi,
Dehradun and Varanasi from Pokhara. Buddha Air has been operating flights to
Varanasi from Kathmandu for a while now. They are already connected to India
through this flight. Moving on, the Buddha Air might possibly be operating
flights to three new destinations in India from Pokhara International Airport.
Buddha Air is one of the leading domestic airlines of Nepal.
They operate to most of the destinations in Nepal including the mountain
flights as well. As the airlines already has been operating international
flights to Varanasi, it is safe to say that Buddha Air is one of the three international
airlines of Nepal.
