It has been a while since the international flights had been resumed in Nepal. Currently, there are 14 international airlines that are operating schedule flights in Nepal, including the nation’s nation carrier-Nepal airlines.
The number of airlines operating schedule flights has increased since the initial days after the resumption of international flights. Only a couple or more were operating few months back. Now that the country is good to move on and welcome the visitors, the number of flights seems to have increased likewise.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has updated the list of airlines which will be operating schedule flights in Nepal throughout the month of October.

Jazeera Airways – Everyday
Korean Air – Every Wednesday
Malindo Air – Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Malaysia Airlines – Friday and Saturday
Nepal Airlines
Qatar Airways – Everyday
Salam Air – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Turkish Airlines – Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Singapore Airlines
Srilankan Airlines
These are the special flight schedules that will be operating in the month of October 2021 in Nepal. The number of airlines and flights in operation at present is lower than the time before Covid-19. However, as Nepal is now officially open for tourism, we can expect a gradual increase in the number of airlines and flights.
Turkish Airlines is the only European airlines operating in Nepal which has a direct flight to Europe to and from Nepal. While Qatar Airways seems to be more reliable airlines to travel to Nepal from many parts of the world, you can still choose other budget friendly airlines for your trip.
